The Christmas lobby decor was really excellent especially the setup for children with snacks for Santa. I found the beds to be comfortable. The pool and sauna offered a relaxing experience. I enjoyed a spacious suite with helpful staff and nice breakfast.

The swimming pool was warm and my family enjoyed it. The staff were very professional and polite . Breakfast provided a good selection of choices. The room included a desk that was convenient for working.
I noticed half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom upon arrival which seemed unusual.

The room was very clean and of a good size. The bed was comfortable for sleeping. Air conditioning worked effectively and maintained a comfortable temperature.

The reception staff displayed smiles and were cute during check-in. Restaurant personnel were well-trained and attentive to our needs. Housekeeping staff maintained the cleanliness of the rooms.
